Cash Bar Package

Cash bars give you the flexibility to allow guests to pay for whatever they consume. We offer cash or card transactions for your guest’s convenience. The only fee to you in the bar set up and any fees for the bartender.
There is a $250 minimum on all Cash/ Consumption Bars

This package gives you room for customization for your bar offerings. All drinks are charged on a “per drink” basis. You have the ability to set a maximum amount, this can be increased during your event. Drinks are tracked and added to your final invoice.

Event Bar Standards

Bartender Rates
$50.00 per hour per bartender

Bar Setup
$150 per bar (includes ice, and all appropriate tubs, garnishes, and scoops)

All Bar Services
Each individual bar setup requires a $250 minimum per bartender subtotal purchase.

1 Bartender is REQUIRED per 50 guests

2-hour minimum bar service is required, and a 5-hour bar maximum

3 Long Table or equivalent bar space is required for bar services
(additional rental rates may apply)

Glassware minimum counts will be established with you and your event manager

Additional offerings may be added to your package for a fee.

Bar Service and Drink Options

You may also choose from a variety of bar service options including Cocktail servers with trays of passed cocktails or wine, coffee bars, or specialty drink bars available upon request. For specialty bars, we can custom design the props and ambiance to enhance the overall theme of your event. Plus, we can create one-of-a-kind “signature” drinks just for your celebration!

 Additional offerings may be added to your package for a fee. Alcohol service will not exceed 5 total hours. Alcoholic beverage service will cease at the conclusion of your event, and will not be served past midnight. The legal drinking age is 21 in Missouri. Our beverage pricing does not include tax, gratuity, and additional fees, your event manager will add that. Pricing is subject to change in this brochure. Bar offerings are subject to change without notice due to availability.
