  • Weddings and events at The Atrium are determined by a variety of factors such as your guest count, what bar package you choose, and what food you would like.

    The only way for us to determine the cost of your event is to work one on one with you to design a custom package that fits your needs and your budget.

    We take care of your three biggest event expenses. The venue, food, and beverage.

    Once you handle these three big “to-do’s” on your event checklist, the rest is fun! Let us take the stress out and handle the hard part so you can focus on the fun.

    On average, a wedding at The Atrium On Tenth, including the venue rental, bar services, and food is $25,000-$30,000. Please keep in mind that this is based off multiple factors, especially your guest count.

  • The Atrium on Tenth can accommodate up to 400 guests seated and 600 guests cocktail style. The capacity limit can fluctuate based on the layout and arrangement chosen for your event.

  • The Atrium does not offer ANY discounts on our space. We do not waive fees or match competitors.

    The Atrium is a historic, unique, and highly desired venue in Columbia. In order to maintain its uniqueness and beauty, we have priced our venue at its true market value and cannot offer any price reductions.

  • Due to our location, the Atrium does not have designated parking for its guests. Guests are welcome to use the metered street parking, parking garages, and parking lots. Please check out CoMo's available parking here.

  • The Atrium provides banquet rounds and gold Chiavari chairs for up to 250 guests. We have a select amount of 8ft and 6ft tables available for specialty tables as well! We are happy to rent additional tables and chairs needed on your behalf and set these up for your event!

  • Here at The Atrium we highly recommend hiring a professional wedding planner or event coordinator for your special day.

    We will have a manager on-site on your event day to oversee building operation and bar services.

    Hiring a planner ensures you have someone in charge of handling all your important wedding day details and this helps make your special day run smoothly!

  • The Atrium values quality service! The caterers we have chosen uphold the standard of quality service that we expect our guests to receive.

    Our exclusive Caterer, Ecplise Catering is at your service!

    We have an exclusive list of pre-approved caterers. Please ask your sales manager to see out list.

  • The Atrium has a full liquor license and must provide and serve all alcohol on the property. Staffing for the bar must also be provided by The Atrium. We offer a variety of bar packages for clients to choose from and offer signature drinks for further customization!

  • The Atrium is a very versatile venue that can be transformed into any vision that you see for your event! We just kindly ask that no glitter, confetti, or real petals (except for ceremonies) be used in our space.

    Candles are permitted but must be enclosed in glass. We also ask that nothing be taped or nailed to our walls.

    We welcome ceiling installations with prior approval from your Event Manager. Further details on decorating will be outlined in your official contract!

    PLEASE NOTE: The Atrium will not set up your decor. We do offer decorating options. To learn more, please speak with your event coordinator.

  • We offer a Complimentary 7-day hold on your event date. Our prime dates tend to book 9-12 months in advance, so this allows for peace of mind while making your decision, knowing that you're on our calendar for 7 days.

  • You're welcome to bring in rental items - in addition to, or instead of using our in-house items. Ask your Event Manager about The Atrium staff coordinating the rental and setup of your rental items!

  • Place settings are NOT included in the rental rate of the space.

    Place settings are an additional $3.50/ person, but you are welcome to bring in your own. The Atrium will add a $250 cleaning fee for washing your place settings.

  • The Atrium cannot guarantee a time for your rehearsal until one week of your wedding day.

    To ensure a specific time and day for the rehearsal, the venue offers a Friday rental for Saturday weddings for an additional $1,000.

  • Venue access times vary depending on your event rental and may be discussed with our Catering Manager.

    All of your decorations and other items need to be removed the night of your event unless otherwise agreed upon by your event coordinator.

  • There is a standard $500 flip fee for any room changes.

  • We offer full in-house catering through Eclipse Catering and Events with NO additional fee to our clients as well as complimentary place settings.

    If you chose to use one of our approved outside caterers Peach Tree, Room 38, or Catering By Design a 15% outside catering fee will be added to your total catering bill.

  • The bridal suite is a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom and glam room. With it being a one bedroom with just a full-sized bed, it comfortably sleeps 2. The downtown location offers views of Broadway Street from the balcony and is walking distance from local vendors and restaurants.

    Check in is 8AM and check out will be 12PM the next day.

    Outside alcohol is allowed, but nowhere else on property.

    Deposit is $250, remaining is due the day of.
